Hello! I was also suffered from same difficulty few days back. yes of course u should consult your doctor. I was used "Boroline" available n very popular in West Bengal-  A thick antiseptic cream. I apply it 2-3 times everyday. It helped me a lot. N ya cotton cloth only. N don't use any talcum powder.

try coconut oil and if it's still itching crazy you should get it checked with ur doc....never take chances in this condition

even i m having same problem itching in whole body horribly like mad my dr n skin specialist told me to use Aqua Soft soap n gave me lotions and cream to apply on my whole body. Even u can show Skin Specialist who is experienced. And please dont use any coconut oil
