I am 12weeks pregnant iam doing job sitting completely from morning to evening nearly 7hrs is der any problem to my baby if I sit continuously

sitting for prolonged hours is not good in normal scenarios too..after every half an hour just get up of your seat and take a little walk for 5 min..rotate your feets in circular motion while sitting. Keep your legs elevated..you can request a foot rest in your office.
