Welcome to pregnancy dear. This is most common thing but at the same time you need more nutrition at this point. Please try different foods that are lighter on stomach and are nutritious. Try to make fruit chat, pulaw. As it's winter u will get best leafy vegetables and fruits.

Try eating fruits...drink lors if water.. eat curd...try differnt stuffs at home. U need to eat to keep d baby growin..
