I am 13 weeks pregnant. Today ultrasound reveals one dead embryo and another is fine. I have subserosal myoma 30mm and sub chirionic hemorrhage 13 mm. Blood test was done

mchc 36.1 high
rdw 16.3 high
tlc 12990 high
BoH rest results awaited
doctor has put me on daily injection blood thinner 40 mg
I am seeking advice is this all going well and what will happen to that dead embryo will i bleed?
any other tests or treatment to save my baby

dead embryo usually will not harm the live one.. This is called a co-twin demise, and what happens mostly depends on when during the pregnancy it occurs.  If the demise happens early in the pregnancy, not much will happen.  The tissue of the dead twin will gradually resorb and usually be gone by the time the other twin is at term.  A co-twin demise in the first trimester doesn't appear to increase risks to the other fetus.

u need to be under care of experienced obstetrician dealing with high risk pregnancies. i can't comment on blood thinner. usually the dead foetus will not come out before hand.

u need to be under very experience doctor for this. eka borate counselling and correct steps are needed. can't comment on need of <u>heparin</u>
