i am 14 weeks pregnant. my sonogrophy report shows low line placentas. it's migrate it can be dangerous..

In most cases a low lying placenta will migrate and move upwards as the uterus grows. Some care and precautions are needed while the placenta is still low lying. Mom should rest and avoid physical strain. If you experience cramps or bleeding report to doctor. If placenta covers the internal OS then it is difficult to migrate.

generally in most of the cases placenta rises in about 4 weeks times from now.
