I am 2 months pregnant..everyday I am traveling by bus, while traveling feel vomiting in empty stomach...what should I eat in morning.

Eat almonds but have 4-5 almonds only.&nbsp; Have some light snack sprouts which you can easily digest if can't eat anything heavy.&nbsp;
