i am 20 months pregnant now.revently i got severe fever for almost 4 days and i had crocin for relief .does it leads to anyside effects ?daily i am getting stress due to this issue .pls help me .
don't worry crocin is safe i too use to take crocin for migraine during pregnancy

Paracetamol is safe to use during pregnancy. .no side effects..hope u were under medical supervision during fever
