Hi try to sleep, its very important. Eat early dinner, go for walk, take warm water bath, use clean bedsheets and pillows, use mild room fresheners, no mobile phone after 9 pm, drink 1 glass of warm milkd mixed with 1 tsp gulkand . Close your eyes and lie down .
