I am 22 weeks pregnant and have gained 8 kgs already.. What can i do to slow down the weight gain. I didn't exercise till now. What exercises can I start at this point.

Eat healthy n dnt stress urself on loosing weight, it's good if u r increasing on weight.; If u r much worried about weight gain start parental yoga n walking,; nothing else as of now
