Fruits taken at night can cause gas and bloating. Avoid that. Better have cold milk as suggested by many... And water is the best therapy...

Start lil bit of walk after every meal, drink plenty of water and if not cured ask dr. For medication.

Go for a walk an hr after dinner and burp while walking as much as you get. Dont shy away. Drink lots of water. Avoid hot milk before bed, cold milk is ok. If it comes even then, sleep in sitting posture with a wet towel on your tummy. These are a few you couldvdo.
