I am 2month and 1week pregnant. Now i m suffering from gas problem and constipation what should I do. Please suggest

Have plenty of water, fruits and vegetables and also intake whole grains and not refined grains. You can take fruits like pear and watermelon and also soaked raisins every morning.

when i was pregnant my doctor had suggested to eat moong sprouts and some raisin and a glass of lukewarm milk in breakfast daily. it worked for me. try it i hope it will work for u too. tk cr..

drink lot of water and try and have fibre like fruit containing fibe, drink water, lassi, nimbo pani, have dahi drink milk but don't drink it in white colour add some flavour generally white milk is reason for acidity
