Turning sides is quite normal as one can't sleep on one side with growing belly. Yes, it is said that sleeping in left side helps baby get more blood flow; however it is OK to change sides. it will not effect baby as baby is quite safe inside and will let you know if he is uncomfortable inside there

you can sleep on both sides, its not easy to remain on one side for long with that growing tummy. Only left is more beneficial to supply more nutrients to baby... Also, baby will not be harmed by tossing and turning, baby is well cushioned in there, only feel like gently rocking. use lots of pillows to get comfortable, between legs, under tummy, one to hug.. 😊
