I am 32 week pregnant.. and my GCT (glucose challenge test) is 161 mg/dL. I am worrying about my it's sugar level.please give any suggestions.

Hi do not worry consult your doctor and start medicines or insulin. Avoid sweets, packed foods like chips, maggi, masala oats, pasta, biscuits, rusks, cakes etc. Eat well cooked homemade foods, Have small frequent meals like 6 to 7 times a day. After every meal go for walk ..
