Head down is a positive position. Bending is anyways not recommended for pregnancy post three months. To pick up something from the floor please squat and do not bend.

Head down is favorable position for normal delivery, this means ur body and baby are getting ready for delivery..bending down doesnt harm baby but its good if you avoid bending at this stage

Do things softly and gently. If you bend to pick something , tats alrite. Avoid sudden jerks. If movement are related to daily activities... nothing will hurt baby.

hi. when ur 34 weeks pregnant avoid bending.u can do butterfly exercise for normal delivery.but don't stand and bend which exerts more pressure on ur stomach.
