I am 35+2 pregnant with 2nd baby. My 1st was c section delivery at 37 week 10years ago.

My HB is between 9 - 10 bcz i am sickal cell AS pattern Patient .

My all the medicine are regular.
Now my question is

My dr is saying may be i can need blood transformation in delivery. Is it needed?

My 1st time i didn't need it....
