Yeah..there r immense exercises to turn ur baby naturally to head down position.. Start doing the exercises carefully daily..the baby will turn its head down..what about the dilation? Also, If the cervix dilation is quite well, then the chances are there for normal.

There no chances of baby changing it's position now. It's better u go for elective cesarean as suggested by doctor
