I am 39.5 week pregnant. I am feeling sharp pain at lower abdomen every 5 to 10 minutes from last 3 days. Today i went to doctor to know if these are signs of labour.but doctor said these are not even contractions. How long will i have to bear this? These pains are not going away and making me really uncomfortable all day and night.
i went through similiar pain during my first pregnancy..that also after 7.5 months... that when i was given emergency c-sec in my ninth month it came out that i had some infection and one of uterine artery was blocked. so u should once consult the doctor what is the reason for your; pain... chances are a doppler might done to pinpoint the cause

My wife was at 39 week and our baby's weight were in between 3kg and doctor said ur baby is full grown we should not wait till delivery due date which was 4th June, so we went ahead and had our baby on 22nd, please check with ur doctor about weight and situation of ur baby and take decision depending on <u>that</u>
