I am 4 weeks 2 days pregnant and I get hungry very easily. Even 30 mins after lunch I get hungry. No matter how much I eat I constantly feel the need to eat more. Yesterday I had a big glass of banana milkshake hoping it will keep me full till dinner but in the next one hour I felt hunger pangs. I am frustrated with this. Running out of options to eat and no time to cook.

Hunger pranks are common, eat something filling like start your day with soaked nuts like badam, include eggs for breakfast daily, snack on peanuts, cooked kabuli channa, kale channa,; rajma etc.. it's okay to have fruits so have whenever you want. Eat really slow.. just dont eat any which is unhealthy like chips, biscuits, cookies etc.
