I am 5 week 3 days pregnant.

Had 2 miscarriages recently, so my Dr asked me to get ultrasound scan asap, we did it's showing gestation sac visible 5.00 mm , no folk sac and fetal pole.

What does it mean do I need to worry? Or its totally fine....
