I am 6 weeks 4 days pregnant, I had some clots and bleeding from today morning, so my Dr. Suggested for ultrasound .in the reports, fetal pole is not detectable , and a small synchronic hematoma in inferior aspect of sac is there .
Now, my gync advised me to wait for 15 days, and she didn't give me any medicines.
Is there anything need to be worry about or is everything ok ??

Hi the heart beat/ fetal pole should come anywhere between 6 to 8 weeks, See there are 2 reasons for no heart beat 1. Late conception, if your ovulation is delayed say instead of 14th day it happend on 20th day then its called late conception. So your LMP weeks and scan weeks would not match. If that's the case then heart beat should come within a week. 2 . The second reason is missed abortion, due to chromosomal abnormalities the fetus did not survive. So please wait till your next scan, As of now we can't confirm.

Don't worry.. you can wait for sometime and take the scan again .. hope for positive results. Just follow your doctor's instructions...
