I am 6 weeks pregnant but my baby's growth is slow and baby doesn't have heartbeat. Is it normal or it will take time to improve baby's health?
Wait for a week and get a rescan.. meanwhile check the beta hcg levels also

If your doctor has given you medicines then please take it, apart from that you can't do anything till the heart beat is detected.

Sometimes heart beat comes late dint worry you can hear it in 8 week
