I am 8 week pregnant. I have started folic acid capsule from today. Is it right time to start. Should I took these before pregnancy. Please guide

Hi not an issue , these are prescribed before getting pregnant if we are consulting doctor. Its fine to have after conceiving also.

Hi, no issues you can start taking them now. It would be helpful if you would start before pregnancy, but it's ok even if you start now.
