I am 8 weeks pregnant. I feel heaviness in my stomach when I eat something. because of this reason, I am having food only one time in a day plus one Apple or pear. nothing else I can eat. I am worried about my baby's health, as in last scan dctr told baby's growth is not satisfactory. my hubby and all r yelling to have proper food. but eventhough I want to eat something I cannot have.
I used to drink 4 or 5 litres of water in early weeks. but nowadays I can't drink water too. what should I do?

Feeling loss of appetite is very common in the first sixteen weeks of pregnancy. However if the growth of the baby is getting compromised then you do need to start taking caution. Eat small portions but eat multiple times a day. Some high value foods can be nuts, paneer, eggs, vegetable broth etc. Have small portions of various foods and aim at eating six to eight times a day.
