that's not ur fault dear. as Prisha said correctly try to lose it weight or atleast maintain it at some point... eat healthy food and water. fresh fruits.. do excercise and atleast 1 hour walking <u>everyday</u>

if there is a tendency, there are ways to manage it also. do try to lose weight and eat healthy food. drink lots of water. plus size women can also have beautiful healthy <u>oregnancies</u>
