I am a working mom ..n when ever I am.not at home my baby s dadu n bua gives him phone n play his favourite videos..justt to make him sit quietly ..I ve asked them not to do so bit still they give him phone n play videos ..

Hi yes definitely worrisome habit. Can your husband step in? At times in laws turn deaf year when the daughter in law has to say something. Or choose a day care. Give them this option and educate them on mobile phone usage. Put your foot down because it's your baby and you have all the rights.
