I am a working women can any one provide me to the diet chart of 5month old baby girl as i am not spending whole day at home breast feeding is not possible ..what diet chart i should follow for my lil princes
Please do not use outside milk. If breast feeding is not possible opt for formula till six months of age. Post which you can introduce solids in combination with breast milk. Consult with your doctor or a child nutrition counselor for the same.
