I am around 11 weeks pregnant... Can we be at our left or right side while sleeping.. or it's required to be straight while sleeping? Please help

Like others said left is recommended, however one cannot sleep always to the left so if you feel like changing sides then you can. As the pregnancy progresses you may not be comfortable sleeping straight.
