Hello.. eat your food slowly and chew well. Eat small quantities at frequent intervals (usually 2hrs). Avoid one large meal at a time. Walk after meal for 10mins as this completes digestion. and rest as Sheeba said.

Hi Bhavesh it's very common during the advance stage of pregnancy...avoid junk or spicy food have fruits n liquid diet a lot.....drink 3 litres water in a day....have food on time....do walk in night
