nan pro 1 is good if you are not able to breastfeed according to the requirements.. <br> but the more you feed the more milk is produced... so, you can exclusively breastfeed till 6 months.

avoid formula if you can.&#160; breastmilk is the safest bet there is till 6 months.&#160; then you can start formula and other solids. breast produces milk as per the needs of the kids,&nbsp; twins or not

if ur milk supply is good n if ur baby weight gain is good then plzz avoid giving nan pro or any formula milk coz mothers milk is the best for the baby. if there is any other reason for giving formula then plzz mention then we can advice u better.
