If the cramps are coming and going and you can identify a pattern this could be early labor. Make a note of the duration and frequency and also watch for vaginal discharge. If you feel wet or bloody discharge then do go in for a check up. Ideally if there is no discharge and you are comfortable you should go in to the hospital once the contractions come twenty minutes apart.

do ur pains come and go? and are they increasing? if yes then u might be going into labour.. contact ur gyn and if required go to the hospital..
