I am feeling so good being part of baby chakra. ... lovely experience and worth having it....
I experienced one thing that we got tempered when baby cries on higher side ... and than after we feel sad that why we shouted
. it's ok new mothers are also recovering at that time but yes try to be calm else it will effect it body only... meditation is very important to calm our selves..I am trying it's.... let's take a challange who ever wanna join ... let's take a challenge of doing meditation for 10mins everyday and giving our attendance on baby chakra... that yes we had done today

and after ten days let's share our experiencessss.......
meditation is u have to sit for 10-15mins alone close ur eyes and watch ur breath what ever thoughts come let it come let it go ...
1st day will be a bit tougher than it will be easier
