It happens because of; expanding uterus exerts a lot of pressure on the bladder. Even fatigue is common.do lookour for unexplained increase in thirst nd feeling tired &amp; urge to visit bathroom.it xan b cause of concern. I wud suggest to go to dr.even i had dis in last trimester.by god grace evrythg ws normal.urs vl also b normal jus chk once.god <u>bless</u>
