I am giving my 1 year old boiled Carrots, green beans, oranges for fiber, pears, Apple and Banana for prebiotic intake. 1 fruit one day. But should I include strawberries? As I read somewhere that it's not local food and kid might have constipation due to strawberries? Please suggest is it ok to give or not?
