I am in 20th week now, and honestly apart from my regular meals and the prescribed meds there is not very much that i eat to add up to my natural reserve of nutrition but believe me i ain't doing it purposely. I sit with fruits and dry fruits but my hands just don't allow me to touch them. I am just not able to est any fruits and though i dont have any particular dislike towards both but all through and through my pregnancy i have just not been able to eat them.; Please suggest what to do? I am unable to force myself into eating these.

Nilofer,,; for fruits make their juice.<br> And for nuts make a powder and add up in ur milk morning and evening!<br> Just try and you will get a habit of it in between 10 days.<br>

Try to drink mix fruit juice. I used to have one glass full thru out my pregnancy as i did not feel like eating fruits. Dryfruits too i used to add in powdered form in milk

I had a taste bud like yours in my pregnancy but have dry fruits atleast. Difficult but of you practice you will eat.

Same with me i dont know why but I am not able to have fruits,thats why i having vegetable salad.
