I am in 34 weeks of pregnancy...I have heart burn..Please suggest whether drinking lime juice or drinking tender coconut reduce the burn...neck n throat area pains some times because of this

Yes u can drink that. Even you can have watermelon with pinch of salt, muskmelon.

Heartburn is commom during pregnancy. Drinking lots of fluids will give you relief and its good to drink lime juice and tender coconut water, it will not only reduce heartburn but also give you vitamin C and glucose. Also try to avoid spicy food, eat at small intervals than eating full <u>stomach</u>
