I am in 7th month of pregnancy...this is my diet plan ..pls tell should i have to make any changes? 9 am - 2 Paratha with Tea or Curd
11.30 am - Bhune chane/makhana
2 pm - Sbji, roti with dahi/lassi
5 pm - Bread Slice with butter/rusk/biscuit with Tea
6 pm - Home made Anaar juice
7 pm - An apple
8.30 pm - Daal/sbji with roti/rice
Bed Time - Milk

this is good. but as roopa said avoid tea as it is more sugar. have milk instead of that. try to include eggs in your diet. have some walnuts and almonds everyday. Also it's better to have the fruit instead of the juice. You will get more fibre that way. Tc :-)

avoid tea if possible. Please include more fresh fruits and dry fruits as wel. Hope you are regular with your supplements.
