I am in my 13 th week.n sugars on higher side..shld I completely avoid rice ,wheat , in dry fruits dates ,anjeer ..in milk shld I be adding protien powder?

Immo<br> Please don't avoid rice completely 100g of cooked rice which is one bowl is fine. But have lots of vegetables curry with less oil n salt as major portion. Eat high fibre diet. No extra sugars

Hi No protein powder as it has added sugar or hidden sugar. It will be better if you visit a pregnancy friendly diabatlogist and take suggestions.
