my breasts never leaked before pregnancy. i could feed the baby on time. just strictly instruct your hospital team to put the baby on you for first feed and refuse formula feeding completely. the more you take stress the less milk will come in. so relax. it does take a full day or two sometimes but DONT GIVE FORMULA.the milk will come it.   with a little difficult y but it will!!
