I am mother of 3.5 yrs old baby..currently facing leg restless syndrome during nights.I faced same problem during pregnancy..currently I am not pregnent or not planning..but still facing d problem..wt can be the reason?

Don't worry leg rest syndrome is quite normal to experience. There isn't any specific reason for it . It could be a deficiency, a prolonged pain , or a muscle spasm . Try soaking you legs in warm water with salt, use pillows to rest your leg always . Include foods like sweet potato, watermelon, avocado , magnesium rich foods like pumpkin seeds, nuts, spinach to mange it

Hey Mom, Need not worry . This syndrome could be unconsciously happening as you might be in some thoughts which might trouble you. Well lets look to evaluate it in this manner that there could be some deficiency which need a monitoring. This can happen only with the help of a doctors prescription. I would suggest you , go to a specialist who can help you more in a better way and guide you with the same. I hope this helps
