I am not able to get sound sleep even after a tiring schedule at home. What can I do to get a good sleep?

You can start reading a book, probable a page before going off to bed. Other activities could include keep your cell phone 1 hour away before going to bed . This will help you to have a sleep hygiene. If it is possible you could also have a walk for 10 mins after your meals . The walk can be in fresh air, which can divert your mind and make you relaxed. Listen to some smoothing music. I hope this helps
