@63759768a2c2c5001674ae8c are u suffering from blocked nose or congestion? Or asthmatic issues during pregnancy? If yes, get that treated as soon as u can. Avoid lying on the right side and I know it is difficult but it is good for you. I have severe breathlessness during my third trimester and I remember there were nights I sat half upright and struggled to sleep all night, despite being a deep sleeper. Check with your doctor as I have given nasal drops and asthmatic medications pumps to relive my issues. Take care dear try to listen to calming music at night many videos avail on youtuve

U can use pillows to support ur back nd keep 1 or two in btwn ur legs to help u in sleeping. It happens in pregnancy due to our bulging tummy. Hormones are also to blame in not able to get proper sleep during this phase.
