I am not taking any medications,taking nutrition food like morning soaked; badam,pista,cashew,drygrapes,milk,at 9 to 10 I take ragi roti or ragi ball(mudde),daily one apple one orange one kiwi with some grapes, afternoon I take rice sambar ,from 4 to 5 some snacks,at night chapati with some sabzi,I use yugurt,weekly 3 to 5 eggs,is it enough ?any suggestions about to take medicine?see my scan report and suggest...plz...

Pls don’t eat kiwi as it is not locally grown so won’t be able to provide much of the nutrients

The food we eat is no doubt full of nutrition..but the most important thing is absorbption of nutrients ..The food breaking down in our body to the absorbable form is a long process and sometimes hundred percent absorption doesn't take place ..Hence it's better to take the capsule form and supplements ..<br>

It's not about you it's about baby also so plz medicines and if you are feeling Amy gas problem plz consult gynac on regard to this. Gas is common in pregnancy but you have to take medicine.

Ya they prescribed those medicine,but I don't want to take those medicine s because I have so much gas problem...if I take those tabs I feel much more gassy,I want to take all those within food only....
