Mam I had cravings for non veg more in pregnancy..due to which I have had lots of chicken and fish...it won't be harmful right for baby

In the third trimester protein foods are extremely important. Ensure that you consume about four to five servings of high quality proteins every day including pulses legumes sprouts and if you are a non vegetarian then eggs and lean meat. Additionally have about ten to twelve glasses of water. Include some iron rich foods in your diet like green leafy vegetables and legumes like rajma.
