I am often asked which are best crayons for children to use. Especially when the child is starting to work on their pre-writing skills or having trouble with the pincer grasp.
On my recent trip to India, I came across the Faber Castell Grasp crayons. These come in packs of either 4 or 6 shades.
1)The 4 colour box contains 4 crayons which are quite broad to hold.
2) The 6 colour box contain 6 crayons which are thinner than the 4 pack crayons but almost equivalent to the feel of markers in the hand.
3) The third variety is that of ball shapes crayons in a pack of 3 - primary colours. More ideal of infants but in a strictly supervised scenario to avoid mouthing.

The crayons are easier to hold and donot break easily under the pressure of toddlers while colouring. #GraspCrayons #HomeUse #FineMotorSkills
