I am on modified bedrest ( allowed to get up for using washroom only) due to 29 mm cervical length and 30 mm subchorionic hemorrhage .. I am having shoulder pains making it difficult for me to lie down always..i want to know when will this subchorionic hemorrhage will dissolve and can I use recliner..

usually subchorionic haemorrhage will dissolve by 28-32 weeks.. sometimes it will not dissolve till delivery.. but 29mm cervicle length is bit risky.. use as much as soft pillows to support yourself like near neck, back region, between legs.. dont stress yourself, talk about this in your next visit.. take care
