To help control it at your end reduce stress levels and include high potassium foods such as banana and coconut water in your diet. Sleeplessness can be due to stress or it could be due to discomfort. Make sure the room temperature is ideal, take plenty of pillows and drink a small cup of warm milk with a spoon of honey at night.
