I am pregnant 9th week.its ivf process. Doctor said twins. Is it bed rest is compulsory
Doctors advice to be more conscious in case of ivf pregnancy especially twins. plz avoid any excess exertion in first trimester and even later on follow your doctor's instructions before starting any exercise.

No not at all. You just need to be alert. If there are no symptoms like spotting or cramps or growth issues moms carrying twins can even exercise during pregnancy
