I am presently in my 22nd week. I am having pain in rib cage (centre point just below the breasts). The pain today is extreme. Is it normal?

Thanks. I have started taking a bit of ajwain after food and walk as well. It really helped reducing the pain.

It's normal but I knew the pain .its due to gas problem . Take lot of ajwain and have small walks after meals.reduce the spices in your meals.

As Amrita has well suggested do the above and take small walk after meals..and you can roast some ajwain on a tawa and take it with little salt and warm water..that will help..apply balm around your naval area in circular motion for instant <u>relief</u>

Its normal. It may be due to gas formation. Increase your water intake. Take small meals at 2 hours interval. Include yogurt in ur lunch<br>
Include hing and curry leaves in ur cooking process i.e. for tadkas of curries and dals. <br>
Drink tender coconut water.<br>
Have a banana. Don'teat apple or pomegranate on empty stomach.
