I am still having pain in groin area which used to be there during pregnancy, is it pelvic pressure. Why my pelvic pain is still not disappeared. I didn't do any exercises which doc recommended, shuld I start to strengthen my pelvic floor muscles or it some serious issue??

Then it is absolutely normal and common.. it takes time.. try to do some daily chores to check if you able to do any kind of simple exercise.. and check your sitting posture.. drink more water and keep yourself hydrated..

Hey in case of a c section it normally takes 3-6 months to completely heal depending from case to case. Don’t rush for heavy exercises till 3 months. The area can be sensitive even for years and the on and off pain is normal . In case pain persists for long pls see the gynae
