i am suffering from constipation and gas. i am doing 9 hours sitting job as i am a software engineer while sitting i get pain in upper abdominal. is there any home made remedy to get rid of it?

have regular meals do not remain on empty stomach . have lots of fluids . do not sit in the same position for long hours . stand up for sometime. take small walks in between.

Hey priya.. I too have d same job n maintaining a routine becomes difficult.. Herez wat all i do.. I make sure that i m drinkin lots of water.. N not sittin on chair for long duration.. I keep on stretchin my legs n keep it bit high... On a small stool... At d back i keep a small pillow to suport my back... I do d neck exercise evry now n then.. N i keep loads of fruits n nuts like almonds n walnuts in my pedestal... N hv it evry 2 to 3 hours.. N hv told evryone... Do not stress me out.. Kaam ho jayega jab hona hoga 😆
For Constipation i have made few chnages in my diet like.. Evenin before leavin for home i hv sabja seeds.. Before bed i hv 1tbsp of isabgol wid warm milk.. Flax seeds evryday n green leafy vegetables daily.. <br>
Even though i need to get up evry hour to pass urine.. N its irritating still i make sure m drinkin min of 4 ltrs of water... <br>
